Skill Set for the 21st Century
Leadership skills are the same regardless of the time frame or the size of the group. The basic leadership skills are a formula for being a good leader that anyone can do. Some people will do better than others because of their ability to relate to people, often called people skills. But, people skills and leadership skills are not the same.
In this series, the basic common sense elements of leadership will be discussed with examples of how Jesus' behavior fit into the skill set. We can learn much about leading a group from Jesus.
Start with the introduction and then read what is completed. You will have to think about how it fits with you, but, this series will show you the skills in leading any group.
Jesus, He was the master of leadership in the days we walked the earth.
